De Vere Beaumont Estate Wedding

This De Vere Beaumont wedding was the first of my UK adventure in 2019. From June until October this year, Michelle and I lived and shot weddings throughout the UK and Europe. We lived in Devon, which is in the South West of the UK, but we ended up shooting at a variety of venues and towns. We actually loved this trip so much that we are planning another five month trip to the UK in 2021!
An incredible De Vere Beaumont Estate Wedding
I love shooting weddings in my homeland of Australia, but we certainly don’t get grand old venues like this! I recall when Jasmine originally contacted me regarding her De Vere Beaumont Estate wedding, I jumped onto google and had a look at some images of this wonderful venue. Arriving in person earlier this year didn’t disappoint. This place is something out of a fairy tale! Sprawling grounds of lush grass and forest surrounding an ivy-encrusted manor house. An incredible reception space with high, vaulted ceilings and frescoes. It was a joy just to walk around this venue.
Jasmine + Dave + their De Vere Beaumont Estate Wedding
Jasmine is from Australia, and Dave is from the UK. They decided to have their wedding in the UK, so lots of Aussies came over as guests. For me it was lovely to be shooting so far from home, but also to hear some Aussie accents among the guests too. Jasmine and Dave were wonderful hosts, often checking in with us to see if we needed food, or a drink. They had a lovely infectious chemistry that was a joy to shoot.
The venue was the incredible De Here Beaumont Estate in Windsor, near London. Hair and makeup was by the wonderful Thorne Brides. The beautiful florals you see below were by Seventh Heaven Events. Jasmine’s beautiful gown was by Aire Barcelona. Michelle shot a wedding film on the day. You can scroll to the bottom of the blog post to see the film.
Our 2021 trip to the UK
Michelle and I are planning another five month trip to the UK in 2021. This means we’ll be available for weddings anywhere in the UK, Ireland and Europe, from June until October in 2021.
