Southern Highlands Photographer | 2016, a Summary
Right, here’s a summary of my 2016 as a Southern Highlands Photographer. 66 weddings over 12 months, in 8 different countries. What a great year. I feel so happy that so many couples ask me to document their wedding day, and I try to treat every wedding in which I’m involved as a very special event.
My year as a Southern Highlands Photographer
In fact, 66 weddings is a bit lower than what I normally shoot as a Southern Highlands photographer – I average around 75 per year. This year I spent a good chunk of time traveling which meant less overall weddings, and a lovely break for me. But the great thing about taking a break is that when I come back from my time away, I appreciate my job as a Southern Highlands photographer even more!
Exploring New Locations
This year I really tried to explore some new locations in the area, too. I found some new fields, new forests, and other new places to shoot in. The area just has so many amazing locations for photos. As a Southern Highlands photographer I’m absolutely spoiled with the choices in the area; not only wonderful venues, but amazing natural places to shoot in and to take my couples for photos.
If you’re planning a wedding in the Bowral area (or anywhere in Australia / the world, for that matter), and you’re looking for a Southern Highlands photographer, I’d love to hear from you! You can check out my 2015 destination wedding photographer summary here.
